Description Quick Taq® HS DyeMix is a Taq-based 2x master mix PCR reagent with a loading dye (BPB; bromophenol blue) for ready-to-load purpose and anti-Taq antibodies for hot start technology. Simply add primers and template DNA, start your PCR and then use for any general PCR purposes, including high throughput screening. The reagent is designed to increase specificity with great amplification efficiency and the PCR product is ready to load directly into the wells of agarose or acrylamide gels for analyses.
