In this DPP4 Inhibitor Screening Kit (ab284508) (K780), DPP4 cleaves a substrate to release a quenched fluorescent group (Ex/Em = 360/460 nm). In presence of a DPP4 inhibitor, the cleavage will be inhibited. Sitagliptin is included as a control inhibitor to compare the efficacy of the test inhibitors

The kit provides a rapid, simple, sensitive, and reliable test, as well as being suitable for high throughput screening of DPP4 inhibitors. 

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K780 DPP4 Inhibitor Screening Kit (Fluorometric). K780-100 is the same size as the 100 test size of ab284508.

The quality of HiYield™ Plasmid Mini Kit is test on a lot-to-lot basis. The kits are tested by isolation of plasmid DNA from 3ml culture of E.coli DH5 transformed with the plasmid pUC19(A600>2units/ml). More than 20μg of plasmid DNA was quantified with spectrophotometer.
