The Deproteinizing Sample Preparation Kit - PCA (ab284939) (K808) utilizes a PCA (perchloric acid) precipitation method, providing a unique tool to prepare samples for the analysis of a variety of small molecules. Using the kit, proteins are precipitated, excess PCA is removed, samples are neutralized. Samples prepared using this kit can be directly used in a wide variety of bioassays.

The method is easy, convenient, and can be used for the preparation of a large number of samples.

The quality of HiYield™ Plasmid Mini Kit is test on a lot-to-lot basis. The kits are tested by isolation of plasmid DNA from 3ml culture of E.coli DH5 transformed with the plasmid pUC19(A600>2units/ml). More than 20μg of plasmid DNA was quantified with spectrophotometer.
